Here's a note that has a UTC timestamp. Sorry for the test noise 😬

Just spend 30 minutes figuring out why my`POST` request was getting a 400 response. Turns out I was missing the `"Content-Type": "application/json"` header 😅
It's 2023. I can't believe how brittle Cypress tests still are. All front-end UI tests, for that matter.
